Add a parent / guardian email to each player and hit Save. We email them a 1-tap link to confirm the birthday. A player only counts toward your roster once their parent approves. Until then they show Not eligible. Guests and pickups don't need it.

Date of birth is used for eligibility: your public team page shows each player's playing age only. The birthdate itself is never shown publicly.

Your logo shows next to your team name on schedules, scores and brackets. Your team photo shows on your team page.

A normal phone photo is fine, it's resized automatically before uploading, so it loads fast in the gym.

Team Insurance
Every team must carry insurance with National Exposure Basketball listed as additionally insured. Upload your Certificate of Insurance below for your director to review (or buy a policy through the site on the Register page).
Optional now, required before your first game. Upload a PDF or a clear photo (JPG, PNG). Big photos are shrunk to fit automatically.
