What this covers
This policy covers the information collected through the National Exposure Basketball (NEB) and Tennessee Flight text message program. It is part of the program's Text Message Program terms.
What we collect
- Your name and, where you give it, your team.
- The mobile number you sign up with.
- A record of your consent: the date and time, and the exact words you agreed to.
- The texts you send to the program and the ones it sends you, so scores, schedule questions and practice updates can be handled.
How we use it
Only to run the program described in the terms: to confirm and post the scores you report, answer your questions, remind you when a final score has not been received, alert you when one of your team's games changes, and send Tennessee Flight practice updates to a team's families.
What we never do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts on our behalf (Twilio), and only so the texts can be sent. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone else.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop the texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. To have your information removed from the program, email sarah@nationalexposurebball.com or call 931-619-0930.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up and consent record while you are opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward to show that consent was given, as carrier and messaging rules expect. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Young players and families
The text program is signed up for by coaches and the adult family members who opt in. Players under 18 do not sign themselves up. A parent, guardian or coach can ask us to remove a number at any time using the contact below.
