Using this site
This site is run by National Exposure Basketball (NEB), Shelbyville, Tennessee, for the teams, coaches, families, college coaches and partners who take part in our girls basketball tournaments and exposure events. By registering a team or using the site you agree to these terms.
Registration
- The person registering a team must be the coach or an adult acting for the team, and must give accurate information, including the correct graduation year division.
- Rosters must be truthful. Players must be eligible for the division their team enters. Division and roster rules for each event are posted on that event's page and on the Rules page.
- A spot in an event is confirmed when the entry fee is paid. Run 4 Roses events (Roses Rising Stars, the Run 4 Roses Classic and the Run 4 Roses Championship) register and pay through Ohio Basketball under its own terms.
- At NCAA certified events every coach on the bench must hold a USA Basketball Gold License and a BBCS account, and must present photo ID at check in. Only NCAA certified individuals receive a coaches' armband. Details are on the College Coaches page.
Fees and refunds
Entry fees are shown on each event page and on the Entry Fees and Payment page, and are paid online by card during registration. Multiple team and multiple event discounts are arranged with the Event Director before you register.
Full refund up to 14 days before an event. Inside 14 days of an event, your entry fee converts to a credit toward a future NEB event. Weather cancellations are refunded in full. Refund and credit requests are made in writing to NEB. Run 4 Roses follows the Three Step Sports refund policy.
Send any payment question to sarah@nationalexposurebball.com.
Waiver
Taking part is at the risk of each team, player and spectator. Every registrant accepts the participation waiver shown during registration, which states that National Exposure Basketball and its host facilities are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation in or attendance at any event, and confirms that every coach on the bench holds the certification the event requires.
Rules and conduct
Games are played under the rules and format posted for each event on its event page, and for Run 4 Roses under the Run 4 Roses Event Rules. Players, coaches and spectators are expected to follow those rules and treat officials, opponents, staff, college coaches and the host facility with respect. NEB may remove a team or individual from an event for conduct that breaks the rules, without refund.
Photos and content
By uploading a team logo, team photo or champion photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow it to appear on this site and in NEB materials such as champion pages and social media. Ask us to remove any photo by email.
Accuracy of information
Schedules, scores, standings and brackets are posted as quickly as possible and can change. Always confirm game times on the event's schedule the day of the event.
