Stay to Play
Run 4 Roses brings thousands of players from across the globe to Louisville in one week. Stay to Play is how every team gets a room: the tournament and Team First Travel hold contracts with over 100 hotels, and every reservation goes through the official booking link.
How it works
Booking a partnered hotel any other way, even the same hotel, is non compliant.
Only a booking through the link produces one. It is what qualifies your team at check-in.
Pay the opt-out fee and you receive an R4R confirmation number by email for player check-in.
What counts as non compliant
Each of these requires the per player opt-out fee and an R4R confirmation number for every player involved:
- Airbnb or VRBO
- A third party booking website
- Reward points, programs or corporate discounts, even at partnered hotels
- Booking directly with the hotel, even at partnered hotels
- Non residents staying with friends or family
- Campsites and RV parks
- Any lodging arranged outside Team First Travel
Non partnered hotels
These properties declined to take part, opted out, or did not return contracts for the city wide event. A reservation at any of them is non compliant and carries the opt-out fee.
